Learning Methods
To make the distance learning more effective, you need to prepare regularly and faithfully, as well as adapting traditional teaching strategies to a new learning environment which often lacks visual cues. There is a joint consisting of the student, the teacher, and the site manager, all of whom must coordinate their job. Students must get used to the new communicational equipment and techniques, learn to manage their time, and take responsibility for their own learning.

Teachers must urge students to establish contact with them, as well as interact among themselves. Site facilitators can act as the on-site "eyes" and "ears" of the teacher, stimulating interaction when distant students are hesitant to ask questions or participate in discussions.
In distance learning there exists as number of strategies:

- developing appropriate methods of feedback and reinforcement,
- optimizing content and pace,
- adapting to different student learning styles,
- using case studies and examples which are relevant to the target audience,
- being brief,
- supplementing courseware with print information,
- personalizing instruction.

Too much available media may be quite a big problem indeed. There are many systems and facilities for this purpose, all they have different function and cannot be equaled. It’s a great task to choose for students what type of facility to use and is even greater task for a teacher to teach how to handle with this device carefully and correctly. To add to this dilemma, media selection is often a question of media assignment.

It may be noted that more experimental studies are needed in the area of media selection, where researchers can compare the effectiveness of different technologies which deliver similar content to some target audiences. It would be useful to analyze the content of a learning module, the goals of the students, teacher, and the school itself, implement some different technologies, and bare in mind what factors may influence delivery and the teaching process as a whole.
