In terms of this science, what is being experienced at the moment is given more emphasis than what was, might be or should be. In Gestalt psychotherapy, both the therapist and the client dialogue. The differences in their perception of perspective become the focus of further experimentation and dialogue. The goal is for the client to become aware of what they are doing, how they are doing it, how they can change themselves and how to better value and accept themselves.
