Bioethics (self-paced correspondence course). The course provides a survey of moral theories and their application to dilemmas and controversies in medicine, biological research, and issues of life and death. Its topics include abortion, euthanasia, justice in the distribution of health care, the human genome project, cloning, and the AIDS epidemic. Credits for this course are granted by UNC-Chapel Hill. The course consists of 3 credit courses, 12 submitted assignments.
