Anatomy and Physiology Certificate (APC) – it is a two-part online program is to introduce participants to the structure and function of the human body. The program begins with an introduction to anatomy and its various branches, after that it familiarize students with a study of chemical organization, cells, tissues, organs, and various body systems. The second part of the course studies the human body with emphasis on the cardiovascular, immune, lymphatic, digestive, respiratory, urinary and reproductive systems. Moreover, it discusses special topics, including pregnancy and human development.

For successful completion of APC it is necessary to have access to a computer with Internet connection.

After completion of the Program, students are able to: identify the basic anatomical structures of the human body; describe the major organ systems of the human body; synthesize similarities between different body systems; analyze the process and mechanics of homeostasis; describe the physiological functions of human body systems; demonstrate competent analytical skills; explain how various body systems work together to maintain homeostasis; demonstrate competent analytical skills and much more.

The APC consists of courses designed to take learner step-by-step toward understanding anatomy and physiology. The first course is sent to student as soon as his enrollment has been accepted. Other courses will follow as he completes his exams, so that he will always have study materials to work with.
