Advanced Medical Coding Certificate Program (AMCCP) was designed to introduce students to advance coding applications and methodologies. A Certificate in Advanced Medical Coding verifies that student have been formally trained to use CPT and ICS-9-CM classification systems.

To complete AMCCP students need access to computer with Internet connection. The school recommends the following as minimum specifications: Pentium II or better processor with Microsoft Windows XP or any later version. Besides, Its necessary to have access to the Internet, an email account, and Microsoft Office 2007 to succeed in this program.

Program prerequisite: students must have earned their career diploma in Medical Coding and Billing or completed a Medical Coding and Billing Certificate program before enrolling in this course.
