General Oceanography. This course allows students to explore the physical, geological, chemical and biological characteristics of the world ocean: waves and tides, ocean and atmosphere circulation, coastal features and beach processes, origin and structure of ocean basins, sediments, ocean chemistry and physics, earth structure and plate tectonics, and life in the ocean.
The course consists of 5 credit hours.
