| Organizational Leadership | Graduates of an organizational leadership program will have the abilities and knowledge needed to assume a leadership role in any kind of business or company. At the same time as broad in its scope, the organizational leadership program is designed to help students to realize the compound issues that enclose the hierarchy and management within an organization and how the most efficient decision making and management can be realized. Students will center on the different organizational models, the most efficient problem solving and decision making methods in addition to the abilities required to become an efficient and very skillful manager and leader.
Courses comprise both essential and advanced level management courses in areas such as:
finance,
structural organization,
business management, 
financial management,
human resource management and development.
Additionally students can dedicate yourself to any of those areas and will also complete classes on: effective leadership strategies, communication, team building, conflict resolution, human behavior, science, organizational structure, accounting, marketing and sales, economics or international business, global economies and markets.
Since a large percentage of the jobs as organizational leaders will comprise the capability of evaluating, analyzing and planning these key elements will be stressed through the program. The distinct skill of leadership as well as the ability to create teams will be developed throughout assignments and projects, as will the ability to communicate efficiently with management and staff.
