Business Management & Consulting. This program studies the principles and techniques needed to make an analysis of business and economic projects or investment alternatives. Besides, it provides recent updates of business plan analyses, income taxes, cost concepts, inflation, risk and includes a conceptual framework for understanding and evaluating alternatives. Moreover, it offers expert advice on virtually every practical aspect of business and economic consulting skills, tools, problem solving and know-how, as well as building, and marketing a consulting practice. The objective of the course is to provide guidance for the user on how to do financial strategic planning.
Customer Relations Management – explains the relationship between suppliers, technology, and customers, which together provide the infrastructure for customer support in any business environment. Evaluating Financial Performance. Here you can explore the ratios that can be useful in measuring and monitoring financial performance in conjunction with a set of financial statements. The course provides a clear and concise overview of specific ratios that are used to measure liquidity, asset management, profitability, leverage, market value ratios, and comparative analysis.
Innovation & Development Management. Here you can learn the methods for transforming organizations to create innovation. The course covers diagnosis of opportunities for innovation and development, intervention activities and implementation strategies. Also, it examines problems and issues in integrating technology and innovation into processes and products, management of research and development; and new product and/or process development according to customer needs.
Cost Effective Human Resources – examines the cost effectiveness of human resource programs in terms of culture diversity, work force management, benefits, budgets and financial planning.
Positioning & Competitive Strategies. The course is focused on defining the competition; analyzing the competition’s position, strategies, and tactics; and developing competitive strategies and actions to secure and increase our market penetration.
Investment Strategies & Analysis. The course deals with the theory and practice of portfolio management. Major course topics are alternative techniques for designing investment portfolios and the criteria for revision and performance evaluation.Moreover, it discusses portfolio insurance, the use of options and futures markets, and international topics, ethics, and social issues affected by investment strategies.
