Herbology – discusses the modern practice of herbology encompassing the influences of different cultures. This program covers the fundamentals of growing, drying, storing and cooking with herbs, as well as the making of infusions, decoctions, oils and ointments. It teaches how to prepare and use herbs to elaborate medicinal substances which work in harmony with the human system, thus facilitating health and recovery. The program contains 15 credits.
