Aromatherapy – deals with the art of employing volatile plant oils, externally and internally, for preventive health care, healing, beauty and relaxation. Here you will discover that essential oils are highly concentrated plant extracts distilled from the roots, flowers, leaves and stalks of plants as well as from certain trees. The program explains that such oils release their specific aromatic scents acting on the hypothalamus of human brain and deeply affecting the physical and mental condition. It contains 15 credits.
