Nutrition. This course analyses personal dietary habits and behavior in relation to basic human nutritional needs and food composition. The course consists of 3 semester-hour credits. Tuition: $448.50
Nutrition (Online Semester-Based Course) – analysis of personal dietary habits and behavior in relation to basic human nutritional needs and food composition. It is an on-line course, utilizes Blackboard software. Students need Internet connection of at least 56K and Netscape 4.0+ or Internet Explorer 5.0. The course consists of 3 semester-hour credits. Environmental Conservation. The course provides a historical review of humankind’s interrelationship with and impact on the natural environment. Also, it examines basic principles of ecology and current issues relating to the use of natural resources and environmental problems. The course consists of 3 semester-hour credits. Tuition $448.50
