This program develops and sharpens written, oral and interpersonal communication, introducing common forms of professional writing and speaking in specific business situations. It explores crucial rhetorical issues that impact the ability to communicate and achieve the objectives of a business leader. Besides, it focuses attention on audiences, the readers and listeners to whom communicator must necessarily influence and persuade. The course contains 30 credits.
