Diploma in Administrative Management. The Institute of Administrative Management's Diploma course is internationally recognised as among the most comprehensive management qualifications. The Diploma is a practical, skills - based course which encourages you to focus on applying the skills and knowledge you gain on the course in your current work situation. The course has been designed specifically for those in an administrative or supervisory role who wish to further develop their skills and knowledge. It will benefit both practicing and aspiring Administrative Managers: professionals who are responsible for the management of: Systems, Communication, ICT, Finance, Training and Development, Human Resources. Advanced Diploma in Administrative Management. The Advanced Diploma is a new qualification aimed at further developing the skills and knowledge of practicing Administrative Managers. The AD builds on the skills and knowledge gained in the Diploma course. The AD has been specified as a Level 5 qualification as part of the National Qualifications framework. This means that it is considered to be at Degree level (equivalent to the second year of an honor program). The AD also forms the final part of the Institute’s professional examination.
